Airflow VS. Prefect

Airflow has been great, but its rigid DAGs and operational headaches make scaling tough. Prefect changes that—dynamic workflows, better observability, and no Celery/K8s Executor pain.

🔹 Why Switch?

• No more static DAGs—flexibility wins.

• Python-first, event-driven orchestration.

• Easier to scale without the usual bottlenecks.

🔹 How to Migrate

• Convert DAGs to Prefect flows.

• Replace Airflow Operators with Prefect tasks.

• Move seamlessly, no downtime.

What do you think?

What if I told you there’s an entire ecosystem of LLMs evolving beyond just text generation?

DeepSeek is building a suite of models that go beyond standard LLMs—covering coding, vision, math, and theorem proving, all while scaling efficiently with mixture-of-experts (MOE) architectures.

This visual breaks it down:

-- DeepSeek LLM follows Llama 2 scaling laws
-- DeepSeek MOE uses expert models for efficiency
-- DeepSeek VL integrates vision capabilities
-- DeepSeek Math and DeepSeek Prover focus on reasoning, policy optimization, and synthetic data
-- DeepSeek V2 brings it all together with multi-latent attention and longer context

With advancements in alignment, multimodal learning, and GPT-4-level performance, DeepSeek is shaping the next phase of AI development.
