Outdated workflows and complex ETL pipelines can slow you down—but they don’t have to.

Join Mike Araujo, Staff Engineer at Medidata, and Sharon Xie, Head of Product at Decodable, as they share how Medidata transformed their data infrastructure—moving from cumbersome, decentralized batch pipelines to a scalable, real-time data platform that delivers fresh insights.

In this session, you’ll discover how Medidata:

• moved thousands of siloed batch pipelines to a centralized, scalable real-time platform powered by Flink.
• leverages Decodable to continuously cleanse, transform, and format the data in Iceberg to provide gold-level data sets in real-time at scale.
• reduced latency, enabling their data consumers to access critical insights in minutes.
