I’ll be onsite capturing it all — keynotes, highlights, and the stories behind the innovation.

Ready. Set. Splunk.

Everyone is talking about AI agents, but few know how to actually build one from scratch. I have been trying to do it since last 10-12 weeks. Many people see the buzz, but few understand the actual steps needed to go from idea to a fully functional agent. I put together this guide: “How to Build AI Agents from Scratch”, a simple framework anyone can follow. Let me know what you think?

Here’s the flow:

- Define the agent’s purpose and use case
- Structure inputs and outputs clearly
- Craft and refine prompts
- Equip with reasoning and external tools
- Enable multi-agent collaboration
- Add memory and context handling
- Extend with multimodal abilities
- Format outputs for delivery
- Deploy via API or UI

Each step has its own role, from getting predictable outputs, to enabling collaboration between multiple agents, to integrating with apps through APIs.

If you’re working on AI agents, this breakdown can serve as a practical roadmap. Save it for later.

What would change for your team if your Odoo data reached BigQuery in near real time?

Most companies still move Odoo data with nightly dumps, restores, and long waits before dashboards update. The visual below shows the old pattern well: backup to S3, restore to Cloud SQL, then dbt into BigQuery.

It works, but it means 3.5 to 4 hours of processing and a full day of latency. By the time sales, product, and supply chain teams open their dashboards, the story has already moved on.

This webinar breaks down how Medik8 simplified that flow with a direct sync from Odoo PostgreSQL to BigQuery using CData. No heavy restores, fewer moving parts, and fresher analytics. The team will share what changed in practice and how they measured value after go live.

I am excited to hear from my friends. Looking forward to it, Bruce Sandell and other great speakers Manou Campbell, Head of Data and Information Systems, and Daryl Collins from Medik8

What you will learn:

- The exact bottlenecks in the legacy pipeline and how to remove them
- A clean reference path: Odoo Postgres to CData Software to BigQuery
- How to shape models that power sales forecasting, product and market performance, and logistics visibility
- Tips for backfills, schema evolution, retries, and cost control
- How to keep pipelines simple while improving data freshness

Who should attend:
Data engineers, analytics leaders, and operators who rely on Odoo data for daily decisions.

Why this matters now:

- Faster decisions need current data, not yesterday’s snapshot
- Fewer hops reduce breakage and maintenance
- Direct sync lowers time to insight for every team that touches a dashboard

If you are planning a cleanup of your Odoo to BigQuery stack, or just want to see how a modern design looks, this session will be useful and practical.
