Lovable Hits 600M Annualized Revenue Milestone Amid Vibe Coding Surge
Author : Ravit Jain
Lovable, the AI-powered app-building platform, has reached an annualized revenue run rate of $600 million, according to co-founder Fabian Hedin, who disclosed the figure during a presentation at the HumanX summit in Amsterdam on Thursday. The milestone marks a notable jump from the $500 million run-rate figure the company reported back in June, reflecting rapid momentum in the broader vibe-coding space.
Hedin noted that the company has been directing significant effort toward expanding its enterprise customer base. He claimed that approximately two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies are now actively using the platform, with high-profile clients including Microsoft, Nvidia, and Deutsche Telekom.
Products, Not Just Code
One of the more striking data points Hedin shared was around usage of the apps built on Lovable's platform. Collectively, those applications are drawing close to one billion views every month, a figure he described as an order of magnitude larger than traffic to Lovable's own website.
Hedin used the comparison to draw a distinction between Lovable and other AI coding tools currently on the market. Speaking at the summit, he explained the difference in the following terms:
"You can use these tools - like Codex or Claude code - to output code. The difference is that Lovable does not output code. The output is a product, and increasingly so, a business. We do a lot of things around hosting, deployment, and scaling apps. We have close to a billion visits per month to the apps that we've created, which is an order of magnitude more than Lovable itself."
The statement underscores Lovable's positioning as a full-stack product creation platform rather than a developer-facing code generation tool. By handling hosting, deployment, and scaling alongside the actual app-building process, the company is targeting a wider audience that includes non-technical founders and business operators who want to ship functional software without writing traditional code.
Rapid Fundraising at Expanding Valuations
Lovable's financial trajectory has been equally aggressive on the investment side. The company has raised more than $700 million across two separate funding rounds completed just eight months apart.
- In December of last year, Lovable secured $300 million in a round led by Menlo Ventures and CapitalG, valuing the company at $6.6 billion.
- This past August, the company raised a further $400 million, again with participation from Menlo Ventures alongside the Scaleup Europe Fund, pushing its valuation to $13.3 billion.
The doubling of Lovable's valuation within less than a year reflects the intense investor appetite for platforms operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and software development. The vibe-coding category - broadly defined as AI-assisted tools that allow users to build functional applications through natural language prompts rather than manual programming - has attracted substantial capital and user growth across multiple competing platforms in recent months.
Lovable's latest revenue and usage figures suggest it has established a leading position in that category, at least for now, with enterprise adoption and consumer app traffic both trending sharply upward.
